Our sincerest gratitude
We couldn't have made Yes Mother without the help of a few wonderful people. Their talent, dedication, and support were instrumental in bringing this project to life. We want to put them in the spotlight, as we are incredibly grateful for their contribution - and for all the laughs.
Each of them brought something unique to the table, helping shape this record into something we are truly proud of. From lending their creative minds to the music and visual accompaniment to being friends who stood by us along the way, their work and passion have made this journey unforgettable. We are excited to share the result with the world.
Hanne Brunekreeft
With her tantalizing vocals, Hanne brought 'Red Sun' to life and gave Mary a voice throughout the album, right down to the finale. Hanne's approach and dedication have added something unique to Yes Mother.
Elke Mast
Elke accepted the challenging task of creating the album's cover art, without clear directions or framework. Her artistic talent and ideas gave Mary a face and the album a visual style that adds shape, colour and life to the songs it contains.
Elise van der Zanden
Joining us during early writing sessions, studio days and beyond, Elise provided us with an array of analogue photos while also creating awesome 8mm film footage. She's been a constant support during Yes Mother's coming-of-age.
Ferry C. Alblas
Another unique addition to the Yes Mother family is Ferry. Capturing the band and our gear on film during recording sessions and joining us for late night business meetings, we thank him for nearly everything.
Pablo van de Poel
During the recording process, we had to make a lot of choices regarding the sound and arrangements. Because of Pablo's experience, vision, and capability to guide us through, everything turned out just the way we envisioned.
Applying the warm, analogue tape sounds, effects, and tricks that only Electrosaurus Southern Sound Studio can provide, we have created Yes Mother, which we hope will bring a bit of joy into the world.
